One day, I read a book called pride and prejudice.
The author of this book is Austin. She comes from a pastors family. She lives in the countryside of England most of her life, so she knows the local customs very well. Most of her works are from the lives she is familiar with.
Pride and Prejudice is mainly about the love story between Darcy and Elizabeth. Elizabeth is the second daughter of Bennetts family, the heroine of the book. She is intelligent, beautiful, intelligent, and eager for true love. Because of the prejudice against Darcy, she easily refused Darcys proposal, which led to many twists and turns in their relationship. At last she got rid of prejudice.

Its long long ago, maybe before I can read english books. I dont remember which movie edition I had seen. But I was impressed by the music, the scenery and the costume. I was very favor of a section of music in its balls. Its pretty brisk, liked a wonderful song of a bird. Regarding to the characters, I liked Elizabeth, the heroine,though I didnt think shes beautiful. But shes smart. However, I didnt pay much attention to the plot. I thought its so long that it made me impatient and bored. By now, I havent read the whole story in English or its chinese version, either. I owe it to my prejudice.
In fact, I didnt understand the story at that time. I didnt know why it called Pride and Prejudice. of course someone was pride, but I didnt find where s the prejudice. I thought its normal, the way people treated each other in that. I considered prejudice would be very disgusting. But to the movie everthing was oK in my minds, except its length. Now, I think I have understood more about it. Im a prejudiced person so I cant find wheres wrong. I merely like to do the things I like. Everytime I meet somebody or something,my thinking about he or it all depends on my foregone experience and my mood of the time. I like it so just like it, if not so just not. Im a person thinking by heart not by brain. what is worse, I actually didnt think its wrong. I thought everyone is all like that.Everyone has his special way to cognize the world. So its individuality, not prejudice. But I think something is wrong. Though everyone can judge in the way he likes, he cant ignore other ones. You can like what you like and hate what you hate, but you should be objective when you meet external world. I think it means that you should consider things roundly, not just partial.
