這學期是我任教的第一學期，我擔任初一級七班，八班的英語教學。由于教學經(jīng)驗頗淺。因此，我對教學工作不敢怠慢，認真研究，深入研究教法，虛心向前輩研究。經(jīng)過一個學期的努力，獲取了很多寶貴的教學經(jīng)驗。以下是我在本學期的教學情況。
一方面，農(nóng)村的學生英語聽，說的能力相對較弱，授課采用較深的全英教學，同學們還不適應。另一方面，七班的同學比力活躍，上課氣氛積極，但中等生占較大多半，尖子生相對較少。因此，講得太深，沒有照顧到團體，而八班的同學比力沉靜，研究欠積極性，雖然優(yōu)良生比例大，但中下層面而也廣，我備課時也沒有注意到這點，因此教學效果不如理想。從此可以看出，了解及分析學生實際情況，實事求是，具體題目具體分析，做到因材施教，對授課效果有直接影響。這就是教誨學中提到的“備教法的同時要備學生”。這一理論在我的教學實踐中得到了驗證。
教學中，備課是一個必不可少，十分重要的環(huán)節(jié)，備學生，又要備教法。備課不充分或者備得不好，會嚴重影響課堂氣氛和積極性，曾有一位前輩對我說：“備課備不好，倒不如不上課，否則就是白費心機?！蔽颐靼椎絺湔n的重要性，因此，每天我都花費大量的時間在備課之上，認認真真鉆研教材和教法，不滿意就不收工。雖然辛苦，但事實證明是值得的。
一堂準備充分的課，會令學生和老師都獲益不淺。比方我在教授unit3、leon9的時候，這課的主題是“如何訊問和回答工夫”，教學難度比力大。假如標新立異地教學，學生會感到困難和沉悶。為了上好這堂課，我當真研究了課文，找出了重點，難點，準備有針對性地講。為了令教學活潑，不沉悶，我還為此準備了大量的教具，授課時就胸有成竹了。當講到

是”quarter”了。這樣學生就形象地明白了這兩個單詞。而講到如何表達時間時，我用了一個用紅卡紙做的大鐘，同學們一開始就被它吸引住了，顯得頗有積極性。用實物讓學生練”what’sthetime？it’s……”的句型，學生特別用功，教學效果十分理想。相反，我沒有認真?zhèn)湔n的時候，課堂氣氛沉悶，教學效果不好，與此相比可見，認真?zhèn)湔n對教學十分重要。特別是對英語這門學生不甚熟悉并感到困難的外語來說至關重要。
備課充分，能調動學生的積極性，上課效果就好。但同時又要有駕馭課堂的能力，因為學生在課堂上的一舉一動都市直接影響課堂教學。因此上課一定要設法令學生投入，不讓其分心，這就很講究方法了。上課內容豐富，現(xiàn)實。教態(tài)自然，講課活潑，難易適中照顧全部，就自然能夠吸引住學生。所以，老師每天都要有充足的精神，讓學生感受到一種自然氣氛。這樣，授課就事半功倍?；乜醋约旱氖谡n，我感到有點愧疚，因為有時我并不能很好地做到這點。當學生在課堂上無心向學，違反紀律時，我的情感就受到影響，并且把這帶到教學中，讓原本正常的講課受到?jīng)_擊，發(fā)揮不到應有的`水平，以致影響教學效果。我以后必須努力克服，研究方法，采納有利方法辦理當中困難。
英語是一門外語，對學生而言，既生疏又困難，在這樣一種大環(huán)境之下，要教好英語，就要讓學生喜愛英語，讓他們對英語產(chǎn)生興趣。否則學生對這門學科產(chǎn)生畏難情緒，不原學，也無法學下去。為此，我采取了一些方法，就是幫助班上的同學改英文名，盡量多講一些關于英美國家的文化，生活故事，近來更幫部分同學交上了”XXX”，讓他們更了解英語，更喜歡研究英語。因為只有英語水平提高，他們才能達到交異國筆友的目的，同時也可以提高同學們的英語寫作能力，對成績優(yōu)秀的同學很有好處。因為英語的特殊情況，學生在不斷研究中，會出現(xiàn)好差分化現(xiàn)象，差生面擴大，會嚴重影響班內的研究風氣。因此，絕對不能忽視。為此，我制定了具體的計劃和目標。對這部分同學進行有計劃的輔導。例如在七班，我把這批同學分為三個組。第一組是有能力提高，但平時懶動腦筋不學的同學，對這些同學，我采取集體輔導，給他們分配固定任務，不讓他們有偷懶的機會，讓他們發(fā)揮應有水平；第二組是肯學，但由于能力不強的同學。對這部分同學要適當引導，耐心教導，慢慢提高他們的成績，不能操之過急，且要多鼓勵。只要他們肯努力，成績有望搞提高；第三組是紀律松散，研究不認真，基礎又不好的同學。對這部分人要進行課余時間個別輔導。因為這部分同學需要一個安靜而又不受干擾的環(huán)境，才會立下心來研究。只要堅持輔導，這些同學基礎重新建立起來，以后授課的效果就會更好。

本課是詞匯教學課，而所學內容又是同學日常生活中所非常熟悉的事物。因此，從同學已有的知識經(jīng)驗動身，我先進行一個chant，”I have a pencil，I have a ruler。”先拼讀這些簡單的單詞。這個環(huán)節(jié)，不只通過chant活躍課堂氣氛，而且通過拼讀這些簡單的單詞，讓每一位同學都有成績感覺，激起他們的學習興趣。從拼讀book，Where is mybook?自然而然地引出書房，在不知不覺中把同學引入新知識的學習中。同時，在操練新單詞時，我利用”say something to study?！皝砑ぐl(fā)同學對所學新單詞說一些話，防止了單調的為學單詞而學單詞。這樣，既有利于同學口語的表達，也在他們已學的`句型中鞏固新單詞，讓新單詞在句子中閃光，這時同學各種精彩的詞句也就會出現(xiàn)了。
整節(jié)課，我覺得自身不是地道地作為一個老師在教給同學這些單詞，同時也是投入到同學當中，和他們一起學習。教師投入了，同學自然而然就被帶進來了。因此，課堂氣氛很好，同學學得有勁，老師也教得有勁，課堂效率就高了。
在教學過程中，在一些用言語無法表達清楚的時候，我用一些適度夸張的動作來協(xié)助同學理解，既活躍氣氛，協(xié)助他們理解，同時，這些也是一些示范。在單詞教學時，就滲透Let’sdo的教學，讓他們說跟做結合起來，做到眼到，口到，心到。因此，一節(jié)課下來，同學精神豐滿，聲音響亮，掌握的情況也還可以。
通過本節(jié)課，也發(fā)現(xiàn)了自身在很多方面，也還有缺乏之處，如Let’sdo的時候，我是沒有讓同學完整地聽一遍，就直接讓他們做了。應該進行完整教學，讓他們先完整地聽一遍，一方面加強他們的聽力能力，另一方面也培養(yǎng)同學學會傾聽。在操練Let’sdo的時候，應該先進行小組合作訓練，讓同學先在四人小組中先一個人說指令，再叫起來示范。再則，應該把Let’sdo的操練落實到每一位同學，同學之間互相操練，這不只能給每個同學動手、動口的機會，而且還便于教師進行個別指導。

首先感謝學校領導和老師們給了我這樣一次機會，讓我能夠在這里和大家共同交換教學工作中的一些得失。非常榮幸，但引見經(jīng)驗談不上，只是在英語教學實踐中的一些做法和感悟，有不當之處，請各位多批評指正。
回顧自己將近20年來在英語教學中的點點滴滴，感覺并沒有什么特別絕對行之有效的“錦囊奇策”，有的只是嚴謹?shù)墓ぷ髁觯`活的教學方法?？傊痪湓挘懈冻鼍陀惺斋@，成績和平時心血的付出成正比。其實我一直感覺教師與教師之間的常識水平并沒有太大的差距，重點是在教學進程中怎樣去表現(xiàn)自己，鼓動學生，對上好一節(jié)課有無去想辦法，有無時刻給自己提綱求，有無經(jīng)常深思自己的教學方法，下面是我在教學中會經(jīng)常注意的一些地方。
一、師生關系
良好的師生關系是保證完成教學任務的重要條件，要做一名學生喜歡的英語老師。學生親其師，方能信其道，樂其道，才能積極的接受教師傳授的知識，提高研究興趣。每個老師都是為了學生好，可是有時學生真的是不領情，那么為什么學生就不明白我們的良苦用心呢？所以建立良好的師生關系顯得尤為重要，要想方設法讓學生對老師佩服，信服，并且樂于和你交流，愿意聽你的話。這就要求我們在各個方面都要加以注意，比如：知識豐富全面，教學敬業(yè)，關愛關注學生，風趣幽默，了解孩子的心理，懂得他們的愛好興趣，尊重信任學生。
二、熱情
教師要有飽滿的熱情，滿懷激情地走進教室，要感染學生，激發(fā)學生的情感，使課堂氣氛活躍，目標一致，煥發(fā)英語課堂活力，以達到事半功倍的效果。
想象學生從早到晚，坐在教室里，一節(jié)課接著一節(jié)課，很容易產(chǎn)生視覺疲勞，聽覺疲勞。如果老師總是板著面孔，傳授知識，那很難激發(fā)學生的研究興趣。因此，在教學中教師要注意情感的釋放，教師走進課堂就應該象演員走進攝影棚，立刻進入角色，動作神態(tài)逼真?zhèn)魃?，富于激情，用自己的教學熱情去激發(fā)起學生的相應情感體驗，以富有表現(xiàn)力的.面部表情，恰當自然的形態(tài)動作給學生深刻的感染，加速激活認知能力。
三、課堂氣氛
我以為好的課堂教學應當是嚴厲與寬松相結合的。假如一節(jié)課一嚴到底學生會感到很壓抑，久而久之便會對你的課堂失去興趣，從而對這一科失去研究的信心，甚至還會產(chǎn)生抵觸的心理，那就根本談不上研究效果?？梢酝ㄟ^小幽默，小笑話，小比賽，小表演來活躍課堂氣氛，讓學生愈加自然、輕松、舒暢的研究常識。
四、精講多練
初中生的注意力集中時間只能持續(xù)十五到二十分鐘。如果英語老師是“一張嘴，一支筆，從上課講到下課。”的教學模式，就會出現(xiàn)“老師講得天花亂墜，學生聽得昏昏欲睡”的現(xiàn)象。新課程理念要求我們重視學生在課堂上的主體地位，少講多練。一節(jié)英語課千萬不可貪多，講許多知識點。一節(jié)新課可適當降低難度，知識點可精講精煉。整節(jié)課就幾個重點反復操練，多讀，多用，以達到學生課下能正確運用的目標。比如我會經(jīng)常實行“一分鐘背書”，四五句話看誰一分鐘能夠背完?！耙豢跉庥⒄Z”，一個長的句子或兩個句子，一口氣說下來，中間不準換氣，看誰說的最快，最溜。在不知不覺中，很多的重點句型當堂就掌握背熟了?，F(xiàn)在我上課只要一說“一口氣英語”，學生就會馬上興奮的進入戰(zhàn)斗狀態(tài)。
五、興趣
對于學生的研究興趣，我們要特別注意培養(yǎng)和保護，注意教學的活潑性和趣味性，使課堂教學生充滿激情和樂趣。而學校白板設施的裝置給我們提供了絕好的平臺，使我們的課堂得到了無限的擴展，產(chǎn)生了無限的可能，使得從前比力貧乏的教學手腕豐滿立體起來。比如英語歌曲，西方民俗，社會現(xiàn)象，熱點新聞，小游戲，有趣的小視頻等等，都可以充實到我們的課堂中來。比如，對于某些沒有研究自傲的學生，我曾經(jīng)播放過一個網(wǎng)絡傳播很廣的小視頻，《死亡爬行》，讓他們相信自己，勇于拼搏，同時也學學英語中，鼓勵的話都怎樣說。母親節(jié)時，我給她們播放了一個英語高手模仿各國母親說英語，同時號召他們回家實行3H打算，三個H代表一個擁抱（hug），一句謝謝（thankyou），幫媽媽做一件事（help）。本學期開學之初，我給學生們引見了暑假里流行的冰桶挑戰(zhàn)，看XXX，XXX，XXX是如何挑戰(zhàn)冰桶的。研究動物稱號時，我給他們播放去年的網(wǎng)絡英語，狐貍叫，讓他們聽英語中動物是怎樣叫的。工夫一久，這些興趣就會轉化為強大內部研究動機。
六、暗示
當向上的信念指引某人的行動時，他所向往的所有高度都有可能到達。那我們有無給自己的學生足夠的暗示呢？
英語材的特點，決定了學生在研究過程中只有大膽的進行語言實踐，才能真正掌握知識。而我們的學生普遍感到英語研究吃力，慢慢地產(chǎn)生了厭倦畏懼的心理，從而喪失了研究英語的信心。為了擺脫這種狀況，我在教學隨時利用一切機會，因勢利導，以表揚為主，鼓勵為輔，暗示他們每一個人都可以把英語學好。比如講句子結構時，我就會說，英國人特笨，中國人特聰明，為什么？你看，他們把句子最重要的主語“人”放最前邊，謂語動詞做了什么挨著主語放，其它不重要的時間啊地點啊方式啊原因啊全扔在后邊，所以他們說話是這樣的，什么人做了什么事怎么樣的什么地點什么時間。中國人多聰明啊，重要的放后邊，時間啊地點什么的擱前邊。我們是這樣說的，什么時間什么地點某人做了什么，外國人一輩子都搞不懂。還有，中國人經(jīng)常會說：“是的，我沒有?！钡艘宦牼豌铝?，是的怎么還沒呢？他們只能理解“是的，我有”。學生一聽，還真是的，這么難的中文我都會了，英語比起漢語真是太簡單了。
